I created and posted this recipe years ago but I've been changing it up just a little the last few times I've made it so I thought I would repost. This potato salad is a really big hit when I serve it at a barbecue or a function. The recipe is always asked for so I highly recommend giving it a try. Here's what I changed up:


I often use these beautiful little potatoes that are pre-washed, Canadian grown and require little to no chopping. I chop them in half if they are bigger but if I had used the Boomer Gold, I wouldn't have chopped them at all as they are very small. I toss them in some olive oil, salt and pepper and throw them on the barbecue. Really delish.
