I found this recipe at Pinch Me I'm Eating. We use this spice blend for so many things, it is now our go to. It takes my turkeyballs to a better place. I just roll them in the spice before frying and they get a beautiful colour and taste fantastic. Barbecued or pan fried chicken is better when sprinkled liberally with this blend. It's great on fish, of course, which is it's original intention. So, I recommend making some of this to keep in a airtight container in your spice cupboard and find a few more uses for it.
