I found this recipe on bakerbynature.com and it is a keeper. I changed her meatball recipe a little bit but didn't change the sauce at all - it is so tasty. I've made it twice since the discovery two weeks ago and it will stay in rotation.




So, this little scooper thingy rocks! Go buy one. It makes making meatballs much easier. The original recipe tells you to fry these puppies to give them some colour before baking, that is extra time and an extra dirty dish, so I skipped it. They were delicious without frypan colour.


This beautiful, glossy, delectable sauce (I wrote that with Nigella's voice in my head) needs no tweaking - let it be.
