Sweet & Saucy Chicken Thighs
Fan favourite. Golden-seared, tender thighs glazed in a sweet chili-garlic sauce with a touch of heat, topped with sesame and scallions.

You never know where you are going to find your next favourite recipe. I found this one in the October 2018 issue of Today's Parent magazine. I have now made it 5 or 6 times and haven't changed a thing, it's quite perfect as it is. I have added a veg to this dish in the last 5 minutes of cooking to make it a more complete meal and it turned out really well. I've tried asparagus and sugar snap peas - both were very good. This is also a great leftover lunch the next day.


It's very easy to make and doesn't need a whole lot of ingredients. The recipe calls for Thai sweet chilli sauce and there are lots of brands to choose from. I often choose one from the Asian aisle that is made in Thailand and has less sodium than the others.
