Spicy Fried Rice

Spicy Fried Rice is a recipe my aunt Patsi found in the wonderful world of Pinterest. It is a different way to use up some of that turkey when you finally tire of hot turkey sandwiches or turkey salad sandwiches (my husband's personal favorite). This recipe makes a fair amount so you will have some for lunches this coming week and it reheats very well. Yay!
