This is the best way to eat mussels in my opinion. This recipe was adapted from the Weber Barbecue website so the mussels can be made on the barbecue and therefore no smell invades your house. It's a great summer appetizer. I've also made this in the house in the middle of winter and on St. Paddy's Day to go wonderfully with green beer. Tastes of the sea and Thailand in one big pot, you really can't go wrong.
