Chicken Lasagna Rolls

Sometimes what I make for supper is based on what I need to use up in my fridge. On this particular day I had 2 chicken breasts and lots of basil whose lives were nearing their end. Endless possibilities, I know, but I had a hankering for I(eye)talian. So I decided to make something I have never made before, lasagna rollups. I perused Pinterest looking at recipes and then made up my own inspired recipe. The end result was delicious and I love how they are made individually so they're easy to pack up for lunches and to freeze.
