Blue Cheese Dip Dip or Dressing

You either love it or you hate it. My mother in laws are perfect examples, Bunny loved it and Esther hated it...you just don't know how it will be received. But we love it and our favourite way to eat it is with an iceberg lettuce salad and some spicy buffalo chicken (the chicken will be another blog post).

You don't need many ingredients to make this decadent dressing.
