Best Hummus Ever
This deliciously creamy hummus comes from the fantastic cookbook Falastin. It is delicious served warm and very addictive.
SIDESCONDIMENTS AND SPICE BLENDS

Feeding a crowd during the holidays? This is a surprisingly simple and very popular dish. You do have to plan this hummus as you need to use dried chickpeas and they need a night to soak. Besides that, it is few ingredients and takes little time. It is best eaten while still warm, straight out of the food processor. Honestly, I had no idea warm hummus was so delicious. I now warm my hummus when I take it out of the fridge after loosening it with a little cold water. Game changer.

The only thing I have changed from the original recipe is the amount of cold water I add. The original recipe adds 7 tbsp and I add 12. Keep this in mind as you may want to follow the original.
