CONDIMENTS AND SPICE BLENDS

I decided to make Korean Lettuce Wraps for my aunt, uncle and cousin. We are all down at our cottages and my uncle is constantly helping me with the problems associated with a 50 year old cottage. So I ply him with food and drink to help ease the guilt I feel about making him work so hard during his retirement. Korean Lettuce Wraps are very popular when I make them but they are also quite spicy and my aunt and uncle are not huge spicy food eaters. So, I thought I would make a "neutralizing agent" for the lettuce wraps, sort of like a raita in Indian cooking. It was a very big hit.
